“Anywhere from 1-3 years after the initial Early Access release: essentially as long as it takes for the game to have enough content and polish for me to consider it finished.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“While the core game loop is already complete, I have a lot of planned content to increase variety and replay value: more biomes, enemies, weapons, mods, perks etc. as well as brand new soundtrack volumes!”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“All core mechanics are in place with 3 biomes, 12 weapons, 85 weapon mods, 34 grenade mods, 100+ perks as well as 50+ Achievements to complete. This is more than enough to allow for tens of hours of gameplay if interested in unlocking everything.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the game will be priced higher when it leaves Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“With frequent development updates and thousands of messages in the Crab Champions Discord server, I intend to include the community every step of the way during development and plan on continuing to do this long after Early Access ends.”

Crab Champions is a fast paced shooter with roguelike elements. Travel across exotic islands defeating hordes of enemies and collecting loot, becoming as powerful as possible!

Play solo or with up to 3 other players, collecting loot, making an overpowered build and defeating fearsome enemies!
